The manufacture of boiler, pressure and its safety Appurtenance shall obtain the Chinese Manufacture License (ML) while these products selling and using in China.

Genearlly, pressure equpiment are fall in these below categories:

1. Boilers;

2. Pressure vessels;

3. Safety appurtenance.

Main procedure and knowledge of Chinese Manufacture License are as follow:

Manufacturer should submit application docuemtns according to related categories, once the application material was accepted, the manufacture survey to the facility site will be performed by the Chinese inspection organ authorized by our government.

(If the products belong to the gas cylinder, safety valve, rupture discs, gas cylinder valve, accumulator, and the corresponding type test never did in China previously, the test has to be performed in China prior to the manufacturer survey).

Whole procedure for obtaining the Chinese manufacture license will take about 10 months.
